I believe you are falling within a stereotypical trap that believes that those who enjoy childlike hentai/art, would enjoy seeing it come true.
Child molestation is a real threat, yes. However, if you look at how many child molesters are out in the united states (or wherever you're from), then put it besides the amount of people who enjoy childlike hentai/art, you'd see that the the amount that separates them is astronomical.
It's like saying video games make kids more violent.
Child molesters, just like kids involved in shootings, are normally stricken by sociological problems. It is not the art's fault for causing such a problem. To even say that the art is involved with sociological problems in itself is falling into a paranoid stereotype.
